Explanatory note

   “Alushta Expocenter Ltd” is a new complex business structure, and the main task of it is an introduction of goods and service from manufacturers in our region and organization of direct contacts with wholesale consumers.
   We offer to the customers all our services (as informational, consulting, communication, exposition) free of charge, promptly, and in all directions of their activity. Following the process of building or reconstruction at the first stage we offer to them the production of our partners – manufacturers or first importers.  The production includes building materials and equipment, as well as goods that are necessary in process of recreation objects operation (furniture, kitchen equipment, conditioners, furnishing, cleaning agents, household appliances, playground equipment etc.)
   Due to the fact that those goods are presented mainly by resellers in our region, our service is more than necessary. The producer may save his wholesale discount in that case and the customer buys the production without reseller’s price margin.
   We assign our managers to our partners and the managers learn the style of communication of the partners, features and advantages of their production.
     Analyzing received information after visit to the center, recreation enterprises, contacts with project and building organizations and feedback after distribution of the catalogue and other types of advertisement our managers complete orders and arrange the direct supplies from supplier to customer.
     The unique thing in the activity of our business center is that we work with the producers or first importers permanently and for a long term, being in fact their representatives in the region and if necessary in Crimea and Ukraine. The directors of enterprises-consumers may receive the information from us, get acquainted with the samples of production from all the necessary range for the new building or activity of their object. Moreover price for the goods or service will not differ from the producer’s price and that makes the production more competitive (there is no reseller’s price margin, no taxes or storage expenses). The other form of collaboration is possible such as search of dealers within the territory of Ukraine.
     For minimal fee we make possible completing of direct contracts between producers and consumers of goods and services, giving the information about the consumers and existing orders.
     We work with support of Crimea government, city authorities, in touch with the Association of health centers, design and building organizations.
      If our partner is interested in expansion of his production sales all over Crimea we are ready to consider the variants and under certain conditions of collaboration offer storage houses with road approach in Simferopol, selection of personnel and our participation in this business.
      Saving time and money (for reseller’s service) your manufacturers will be able to insert their goods and service quickly and efficiently, offer new technologies. With this purpose the catalogue “Goods and service from manufacturers” in which you may present your materials is published monthly and spread to the addresses.
     The work with design organizations is very promising.  At the stage of design we already offer the materials and equipment from specific producer, attracting the customer with low price and power inputs. The producer prepares the information for the designer that allows showing the new technologies and materials in the design with minimum labor expenses.
      We are ready to organize constantly and actively working representative office of your manufacturers at the most developing region of south coast of Crimea in short terms and with minimal advertising expenses. We propose to place at our exposition spaces the samples of production of suppliers and manufacturers. That may be a quite wide range of technique equipment and building materials, equipment and goods for health centers, new energy saving technologies etc.
In this specific case we propose to take part in building of a large ski resort at the south coast of Crimea. Preliminary work of concept’s formation is finished. The concept was approved and accepted on the level of the city and republic. At present we form a corporation from the number of interested enterprises. It is worth mentioning that at this stage the participation in our corporation will allow to become a joint owner of the most perspective business in Crimea.
